Social Audit in MountainThis past March, April and May, community hearings on poverty took place across Ontario as part of ISARC’s Social Audit. These hearings provided opportunities for the most vulnerable of our society to tell their stories of living in poverty and give us their ideas for change at the political level. See The Social Audit in the Media section and look for Mountain. Read the report. Need a Specific Item?If you have specific clothing or household item needs, please let our staff know what you need. We may have it on site. If not, we will record it in our Special Needs book. When the item arrives, we will hold it and contact you. All requests are handled on a first come first serve basis. |
